EO Charleston brings national speaker webinar to local business owners

EO Charleson, the area’s local chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), a global business network for entrepreneurs, is offering a free webinar on Wed., April 29 at noon to all local business owners. The webinar will be presented by Andy Bailey, a best-selling leadership author and founder of the business coaching firm, Petra Coach. Bailey is a member of the EO Nashville chapter and speaks to business owners around the world.

Bailey will focus his presentation on how business owners can move from addressing a crisis (like COVID-19) to recovery and coming out stronger than before. 

A serial entrepreneur, Bailey started his first company while still in college, which he built into a multi-year Inc. 500 corporation. Now, he and his team coach businesses and audiences toward mastering the same habits he uses.

During the webinar, “Taking your business from defense to offense in times of disruption,” Bailey will lead participants through D.S.R.O. planning. It stands for Defense, Stabilize, Reset and Offense, a four-step process for mitigating loss in business and planning for intentional action. Attendees will leave with the tools and ability to create an actionable game plan for the next 30, 60 and 90 days.
